Number of the paddy hill, amounts of effective tiller and weight of the paddy grain was recorded from the 3 plot of the different paddy growers for each technique with the 1m x 1m; plotted areas. Cost of production and returns of the yield were recorded for one hectare. Weight of the paddy grain from 3 plot of the SRI technique (5.042 kg) recorded more compared to the 3 plot of the conventional method (4.848 kg) and the cost production also lower with the different RM 686.05. More returns of the yield of paddy production by the SRI technique compared to the conventional technique with the different of net profits are RM 2023.85 for one hectare.
