Abstract

Online shopping is a new technology that has been created along with the development of the Internet. It is a convenient method of shopping and allows for a vast array of products to be at your fingertips. Online shopping also allows buyers easily to purchase different types of products they want, accessories, health products, cosmetics, and others. The main purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence online purchases in the state of Kelantan. The respondents involved in this study involving 100 people consisting of students of University Malaysia Kelantan, staff and the public and private sectors around Pengkalan Chepa randomly selected. The instrument used to obtain information is through the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0 to obtain the frequencies and percentages.
