In Malaysia, hypermarkets has undergone a continuous and marked change over the years. The hypermarket is become popular among the customers. The growth of the hypermarket can be described as the growth of the mushrooms after the rain. The positive acceptance from the customers encouraged many foreign investors to develop more hypermarkets in Malaysia. This research has been conducted to identify the customers’ perception on Pantai Timur hypermarket in Pengkalan Chepa. Besides that, this research has also been conducted to identify factors that influence customer satisfaction towards hypermarket. A set of questionnaire has been used to collect data and the surveys here distributed to 100 respondents around Pengkalan Chepa. The data was analyzed by using PASW Statistics version 18 software. Overall, researcher found that the customers are satisfied with the Pantai Timur hypermarket in Pengkalan Chepa. As a conclusion, the customer satisfaction towards Pantai Timur hypermarket gave positive effect to customers’ purchases.
