Abstract

Development in business is the dream of every entrepreneur who opened his own business. Entrepreneurs need to know the factors that contributed to the improved performance of their business. We look internally entrepreneurs themselves, and the right attitude Raised contribute to good business performance. The study examined the attitudes of Malay entrepreneurs and china in the retail business located around small town in Kelantan. Independent variables included in this study are taking the risk, the level of innovation and locus of control. Distributed a survey questionnaire is divided into three parts, the first measure demographic factors, the second part of the variable measuring the change and the third measures the fixed variables. Questions under study are based on previous studies. A total of 100 entrepreneurs in the vicinity of Kelantan will become our respondents. The data collected were analyzed using statistical PASW 18.0. Results we found are all related to the analysis of fixed and variable variables change. Discussion on the findings, conclusions and research limitations also found in the report.
