Abstract

The increasing number of unemployment among the post graduate students of Institute of Public Higher Education becomes more worries. This is because of the conflicts that arise in the students itself in order to choosing the suitable career for themselves. The aim of this study is purposely to know the conflicts that students are facing in locate the suitable career in the future. Among the conflicts that students are facing are Individual Conflict, Family Conflict and Social Support Conflict. About 100 respondents has been taken in complete this study. Through the collected data, the data was analyze through Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 18.0. From the findings indicates the most factor influence contribute to conflict among the students coming from the individual itself, follows by social support factors and family factors. Indirectly those conflict that arise among the students had cause to them hard to locate the suitable career for themselves. The discussing about the findings, conclusion and also the limitation of the study are also included in this report.
