Abstract

Customer’ satisfaction usually expresses an intended behavior related to the service, product and/ or the company. This includes the likelihood of future renewal of service/products or contracts. This study investigates the possible effects of customer satisfaction towards traditional culture entertainment (Dikir Barat) in Kelantan based on price and product. This survey shows the result which is provide the empirical evidence for the presence of showing that there have a reason influence the customer satisfaction. This finding suggests that research on the ways in which affects customer satisfaction. This is particularly relevant in settings where the simultaneous presences of physical product are needed. This limitation of the research is collected at the Kelantan area of Pengkalan Chepa and Wakaf Che Yeh along in Kota Bharu is a favourite shopping destination in Kelantan and attracts people from all over (Virtual Tourism E-tourism Portal). These places are the famous places that have selling the traditional culture entertainment product such as Dikir Barat CD and VCD. The data collection was analyzed by using Predictive Analysis Software (PASW) version 18. As a result, there have a relationship between product and price to the customer satisfaction towards traditional culture entertainment product (Dikir Barat) in Kelantan.
