Migration is a global phenomenon caused not only by economic factor but many others like social, political, cultural, environment, health, education and so on. The inflow of migrant in Malaysia is increase days by days. In Kelantan, an Immigrant Department of Malaysia reported that the total number of registration foreign workers is about 13 360 people. Most of them became labour in primary, secondary, and tertiary economic sector in Malaysia. This research is conducted to study the factors of migration among foreign workers in Kelantan. The researcher just focuses on unskilled and semi-skilled labours. Factors examined include lack of job in their origin country, higher wages, lured by friends or relatives and labour demand. A total of 60 questionnaires were distributed to the respondent in Kota Bharu. Data collected was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 18.0. Findings show there are a relationship between decisions to migrate with the variables factor; lack of job, higher wages, lured by friend/relatives, and labour demand. Discussion on findings, discussion, conclusion, and limitation of study are also included in the report.
