Abstract

The number of mobile phone user growth rapidly every year, this also includes the student of IPTA and IPTS. Each year there are many type of mobile phone model will be release and there are tendency that one will has the desire to change their mobile phone. This study is to identify the factor that influence one to buy a new mobile phone based on the brand loyalty, gender preference and family influence. A total of 100 questionnaire were distributed to student who studied in Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. Discussion on findings, conclusion and limitations of study are also included in the report.
