Abstract

Tourism Information Centre plays prominent role in promoting tourism destination as well as tourism product and services to the tourist. Besides that, tourism information centre is the responsible party to create awareness among tourist about new tourism products, attraction, events and much more through various promoting tools and strategies. The study focus on effectiveness of Kelantan Tourist Information Centre service dimensions towards tourist satisfaction which is crucial to enhance tourist arrival to Kelantan. The variables involved in the study were the service dimension which is technology adoption, human skill and information dissemination that influence tourism satisfaction towards Kelantan Tourist Information Centre. Questionnnaires were distributed to the tourist around Kota Bharu, Kelantan and the results show that the service dimensions which are technology adoption, information dissemination and human skill has strong relationship in tourist satisfaction and showed the effectiveness of the dimension cannot be doubted in nurturing tourist satisfaction.
