Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze about the Job Satisfaction among Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). This analysis that was discuss in this study is focus on respondents in UMK, which from three Campus; Pengkalan Chepa Campus, Bachok Campus, and Jeli Campus. 150 of questionnaires were distributed to 150 respondents. 150 of respondents was picking randomly from 685 workers. The research methodology method is quantitative that used to have the better result. In order to analyze data, Statistic Package (SPSS) was used in this study. The result showed that Job Satisfaction have positive relationship with the all independent variable, which is non monetary rewards, working hours, salary, and working environment. These results show that objective of study was achieved and the hypothesis is accepted. The findings from this study is most of the employees are satisfied with their works throught their salary and some of them are not highly satisfied with their working hours.
