Abstract

This research was conducted to study factor that influence job satisfaction among Islamic and conventional bankers in Malaysia. The independent variables that have been used in these researches are motivation factor, working environment and reward system. In order to gather the data, the questionnaire being distributed among 100 employees Islamic and conventional banks. After collecting that data and analyze it, the result being interpreted by using computer software known as Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS).From the program, the computer provided the reliability test, descriptive frequency, Pearson Correlation, linear regression and other statistical test. After the data was computed, it was analyzed to find the relationship between dependent variable and independent variables. By conducting these researches among the bank employees in Kelantan can improve the management in certain institution in order to make sure that the employee’s happy working in the organization. And at the same time, these researches also can identify the problem that facing among the employees in the organization.
