The research is focussed on the Geology and Morphometry Analysis aspect in Subung area. The study of geology at Subung area is conducted with the scale of l 225,000 is a ratio scale which can give a detailed geology data of the study area. The research is conducted through geological mapping for the data collection. The main purpose of the research is conducted is to understanding the geological environment of the study area in term of type of lithology, view of geomorphology, the stratigraphic unit that exist and structural geology that will provide the information of the historical chronology that happen in the previous time. The geological mapping was conducted at the research area to determine the geology aspect and followed by making a conclusion about the type of rock that has been identified at the Subung area. In this research, survey traverse, rock sampling, petrography analysis and update the geological map are involved. To update the geological map, Geographic Information System (GIS) has been used as the smart and efficient soflware for the map producing. The geological map of Subung consists of infonnation about lithology, stratigraphy and structural geology. For the morphometry aspect, GIS has been used as the method to examine the behaviour of the Subung River. The river analysis is covered about the 14 parameters that discuss on the three main aspect which are linear, aerial and relief aspect. The result shows the stream order, stream length, stream number, drainage texture, stream frequency, elongate ratio, circulatory ratio, length of the overland flow, form factor, basin relief and relief ratio. The results that obtain from all the parameters has illustrated the character and provide the data in the aspect of morphometry of Subung River
