The geological mapping is carried out at Kampung Keroh which is a part of district of Kuala Krai, Kelantan in order to collect the data of rock distribution, structural geology, stratigraphy and geomorphology. The rock samples were collected to laboratory work by doing thin section for petrography analysis in order for identification of rock types. The objectives of the research are to produce the geological map with a scale 1:25,000 using the Geographical Information System (GIS) and to classify weathering grade of Kampung Keroh, Kuala Krai particularly hillslopes and Weathering that involved. There are two methods that involved in the research which are geological and geomorphological mapping. Based on geological result, the lithology that made up of the area are composed of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rock. From the outcrop there are various type of weathering. Grade of weathering in Kampung Keroh classify as highly weathered, slightly weathered and moderately weathered. The geomorphology of the study area is made up of hill landform which is composed of rubber plantation and palm oil plantation. The elevation of Kampung Keroh, Kuala Krai which lies west of Kelantan is an area where the elevation started to increase where it ranges from elevation of 40 m to 280m. The structural geology observed from field site was quartz vein, calcite vein, cleavage, bedding, and normal fault. The depositional environment of the study area can assume as shallow marine environment. Conclusion, the study area of this is under Telong Formation which related Gua Musang Formation.
