Abstract

The purpose of this research is about the factors influence customer satisfaction among public transportation provider that could affect the public transportation provider service in Malaysia. The main objectives of the study to evaluate the relationship between service and customer satisfaction among public transportation provider, to examine the relationship between price and customer satisfaction among public transportation provider and to investigate the relationship between promotion mix and customer satisfaction among public transportation provider. A survey will be developed to collect data from the participants. Primary data was collected through a survey that was conducted on public in Kuala Lumpur. The purpose of this dissertation was to examine if there are any particular factors that influence customer satisfaction among public transportation provider. Dependent variable is the variables of and independent variables are service, price and promotion mix factor.
