The number of poultry is increasing year by year. The increased number of poultry also lead to the use of antibiotic. Antibiotic brings positive effect, however the use of antibiotic may lead to some negative effect especially if the use of antibiotic was abused. The awareness of using the antibiotic is crucial to avoid the risk of antibiotic towards public health. Thus, this study is conducted to investigate the awareness to avoid the misuse of antibiotic in chicken among the farmers in Kelantan. A total of 118 respondents among farmers in Kelantan have been selected for this study through simple random sampling technique. The behavioural attitude was the most influencing factor compare than the other two independent variables which are subjective norms and perceived behavioural control. As a recommended the number of respondents can be enlarged in order to get a more precise result.
