This study aims to explore the customer satisfaction survey and analysis of LINYIN piano school.Nowadays,China's art training industry is growing stronger,and many teenagers want to study art in their spare time to improve their self-cultivation.However,many art training schools have low quality of teaching services,resulting in customer loss and loss of opportunity to learn elms.LINYIN piano school,this study focuses on the research of the teaching quality of service customer satisfaction survey,the problems through customer feedback and opinions, and LINYIN piano discuss the principal of the school,in order to find the best solution,so as to improve the level of piano teaching service,meet customer satisfaction.
