Micro Enterprise has an important role in contributing to the economics development of Malaysia. Micro Enterprises increasingly face competition which it is not just from the same business segment but also from small, medium and large enterprises that are also play a part in the market niche.The study sought to establish the major factors that influence the performance of micro enterprises at Kelantan, Malaysia. The main objective of this study is to examine and analyse the impact of different factors which are access to finance, information technology, products and services marketing, availability of infrastructure, entrepreneurial traits and managerial skills towards women micro business performance. The study surveyed 100 sample of women micro enterprise. The study use questionnaire as the instrument in collecting the prim ary data. Statistical description is use to summarize the gathered data.This includes the Descriptive Analysis,Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, Cronbach Alpha coefficient, Linear Regression Analysis, and Regression Functions. In presenting the collected data, tables and pie charts are used for a better understanding on the analysis description. The study concludes that, the internal factors which are entrepreneurial traits and managerial skills are highly influence the performance of women micro enterprise. The study further concludes that the external factors such as access to finance, information technology, and services marketing and availability of infrastructure do not impact the performance of women micro enterprise.
