Abstract
This initial inquiry focused particularly on the understanding of professional growth among student teachers within the context of the English Language Teaching (ELT). As a result, a detailed school based teaching practice program for professional development was designed to promote "student teacher growth" and such growth was viewed as student teacher professional growth through a learning process. This project too, is designed to prepare student teachers for actual teaching practice. |
