Performance is used to describe the whole production or results that one institution generates. The achievement of an organization's objectives and the performance of its employees are strongly correlated. Many companies face a significant challenge to achieve organisational success which is improving employee job satisfaction and performance. When employees feel have received adequate payment for their effort, employees often report feeling happier. As a result, they are more dedicated to the firm, have better retention rates, and do additional work overall. This study aims to examine the post-pandemic effects on employee job performance in Malaysia. After analysing the data from the literature review, which was supported by several researchers, secondary data was used to suggest the framework's outcomes. Utilizing a quantitative study is part of the research design. 150 responses to an online survey from Selangor and Johor states were collected using a convenience sampling method. To evaluate the data, quantitative analysis was done using SPSS. The findings have showed the independent variables which is Transformational Leadership Style (TLS), Work Environment (WE), and employee’s Job Satisfaction (JS) are significant to employee Job Performance (JP) in Malaysia.
