Abstract

Parthenium weed, parthenium hysterophorus L. (rumpai miang Mexico) is an invasive alien species and environment pollutant weed in Malaysia. It causes allergic health problems to human beings and livestock, affects crop production, reduces carrying capacity of pasture, replaces our natives flora and affects our biodiversity.
