Debt loan among government servants and effect on their personal financial goal

General objective of this study is to identify the loan debt among government servant in Malaysia and effect on their personal financial goal. In identify loan, debt among government servant in Kelantan, this research uses the quantitative approach. A cross sectional survey design used combined with descriptive and analytical research design. This study will gives benefits to the Malaysia society especially working individual in government sector to realize the importance of debt loan management and effect on their personal financial goals. Program that have been done by government to improve and to educate all the Malaysian citizen, especially government servants about basic financial knowledge and debt loan financial knowledge, was very gives lots benefits to them.
