Small company issues : A case study of Ben Hin Trading

The purpose of this study is to organize the issues and the problems faced by Ben Hin Trading and at the end, researcher provide the solution as well as recommendations in helping the company solve the problems in order to help the business survive in the intense market especially in hardware business market. in order to identify the problem, TOWS analysis is used. from the analysis, researcher is able to identify the weakness occur in Ben Hin Trading which is lack of management skill which is they unable to manage inventory stock well. as a result form all the the problems, Ben Hin Trading cannot provide the best product and services to its customers and at the same time cannot achieve profitability.
