The relationship of corporate governance on organisation success.

This research is aimed to identify the relationship of corporate governance on organization success. The corporate governance elements that have been focused on are transparency, accountability and responsibility. 335 respondents were selected. The respondents are from the Limited Company; Sendirian Berhad (Sdn. Bhd) or Berhad (Bhd), in Kelantan. Then, the data collected was analysed using descriptive statistics and the Pearson Correlation Coefficient to measure the correlation coefficient among variables. This research found that there is significant relationship of corporate governance on organization success.
