The positive impact of training and coaching of entrepreneurship program towards crafts artists in Sadong Jaya, Sarawak.

This research is conducted to research on the positive impact of Training and Coaching Program towards crafts artists in Sadong Jaya, Sarawak. At this point, this study will conduct within the Sadong Jaya area starting from Kampung Semera up to Kampung Sadong Jaya which consists of six main kampongs. Refer to the thesis, basically I am approach the entrepreneurs that directly deal with the crafts (crafts artists). The methodology applied to the thesis is the qualitative research method which used the interview and focus group discussion as a main stand to collect the primary data. There is structured questions that will be use to ask to the participants (crafts entrepreneurs) that will refer to the research. At this point, there are 50 participants was involved to measure the positive impact of Training and Coaching of Entrepreneurship Program Towards Crafts Artists in Sadong Jaya, Sarawak. There are the limitations while doing the research where the time is limited to interview big number of participant.
Moreover, the term that use during the interview and group discussion also become the barrier where the kampong people are not familiar with certain words and terms in business. This was lead to the limited time to complete the interview and group discussion where I have to talk slowly with a simple term to make them understand. Additionally, low educational level, languages gaps and ways of answering the questions also become the limitations to the research. However, this research could be more efficient if the time frame is set longer. From the findings, a number of positive impact were stated and this can be useful to the others to see the effectiveness of the Training and Coaching of Entrepreneurship Program towards the Crafts Artists in rural area such as Sadong Jaya, Sarawak.
