The research findings were based on the responses obtained from communities of Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This paper presents a study of awareness towards consuming supplements excessively among communities in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. There are three types of factors are investigated, the consumer lifestyle, influence of mass media, and consumer perceptions among communities in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. A total of 150 Kota Bharu’s communities participated in this study. Data was collected through self-administered questionnaires that were randomly distributed to the communities. Data obtained was analyzed using correlation coefficient and multiple regressions. The results show the perceptions influenced to consume supplements excessively. It is hoped that this research will help students, lecturers, career, entrepreneur, and the government. The limitation of this study was the sample size, time management, cost constraint and cooperation from respondents is not enough.
