Abstract

This paper presents a study of to what extent the e-business affects home-based entrepreneur. The case study of three entrepreneur in cake and pastries industries. There are four initial benefits are seen such as profitability, competitiveness, productivity and sustainability. A total of three home-based entrepreneurs in Kota Bharu participated in this study. Data were collected through interviews. The results showed that the benefits of e-business affect the home-based business performance. It is hoped that this study will help students, faculty, career, home-based entrepreneur, and the government. Limitation of this study is the sample size, time management, and the cooperation of respondents is not enough.
