Customer satisfaction is one of the main important role to identify the current level of an industry services. Prior to this value, there are many study regarding the customer satisfaction in various type on industries. For this study, the customer satisfaction is being focus on the calibration services industries. In calibration services industries in this research, it is focusing on the measurement of any kind of tools to fulfil the need and requirement set by International Organisation of Measurement Laboratory (IOML), and Malaysia Standard in ISO9000. In terms of customer satisfaction determination levels, the study is focus more to the determination factor that the customer choose to acquire the calibration services.
