The purpose of this dissertation is to examine the strategy to handle the inventory management as alternative approach for the company growth and expend it. The case involved the Sri L company that run frozen food business. Hence, with having a good inventory management will make the company operation run with smoothly and also all the resources will handle with systematic and efficient. Previous practices have shown the strategy give the advantages to the management of the company in order to be more productive and successful. The case involved Sri L Enterprise that located at Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu Kelantan. The TOWS Matrix is used as situational approach tools to elaborate in term of Threats (T), Opportunity (O), which represent the external of environment of the company, Weaknesses (W), Strength (S) that represent the internal of the company. The three (3) issues that arises in this company which is 1) unsystematic inventory management, 2) still used traditional method that will contribute to vulnerable mistake and error rather than using the technology, 3) the availability of stock. All the issue happens because of this company not apply a systematic inventory management. There are few suggestion that used to manage it such as 1) have a systematic system to keep the record, 2) a reliable system, will keep all company updated on the status of their inventory in real-time, 3) provide enough stock to customer
