Abstract

This research paper is to measure the Impact of Stress, Salary, Working Environment and Workload Effect Employees Job Performance in banking sector at Kelantan.The objective of this study is to identify the perception of employees job performance will effected by those factor. The questionnaire was administrated at bank area Kelantan and answered by bank employees, by separate it into the four sections such as stress, salary, working environment and workload. The sample size for this study is 100 respondents and same amount of questionnaire were distributed and 82 valid questionnaires were gathered up. Furthermore, employee job performance are related to those and give effect to the organization and employees. The implications of this study are to know the employess job performance in their daily work. This study reveals all the factors that effect performance in doing task and also organization goals. This subject also can contribute to researcher become more understanding of employees job performance in the workplace.
