The purpose of this research is to examine a better understanding on the impact of compensation of Employee performance among the three star hotel in Kuching City. The main objective of this study is to identify the employee satisfaction with regards to nature of compensation practices among three star hotel industry in Kuching and to determine the levels of employee performance among three star hotel In Kuching City.
The major focus on the study was on, salary, rewards, incentives and fringe benefits and employees performance at the three star hotel in Kuching. This study is serve to highlight the various employee benefits and how it affects the employee performance and productivity in an organisation and another illustration is how organisations should treat employees in-order to improve productivity.
For this research study, a total of 150 questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the hotel employees. The process of data analysis conducted in this study was carried out in Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program V. 22 for windows to analyze the data that was collected from the study. Finally, this research was concluded with the conclusion on each research questions and recommendations for future research were provided.
