Abstract

Job Satisfaction plays an important factor in developing a strong workforce in an organisation. Fulfilling job satisfaction requires other supporting factors such as commitment, knowledge, trust and employee participation in order to enhance their performance towards their job. In discussing a better understanding of the relationship between job satisfaction and its independent variable factor, this study aims to delve into each and every potential variable factor and identify the most impactful and effective factor/s by designing a theoretical framework (fig. 3.1). The goal of this study is also to identify the impact and relationship of each variable to job satisfaction and to compare it with previous research hypothesis, literature and related theories.
