Management is often referred as a factor of product in term of machines, materials and money efficiency. Peter Drucker (1909-2005) (business dictionary, n.d.) stated the common mission of the management implicates both marketing and innovation. It will be assumed that a proper and powerful management is extremely vital in order to sustain a well-organized business. However the challenges involves management issues in conducting any business usually cannot be eradicated that can be reduced. As a part of a bigger project that leads to the improvement in management issues. Therefore, a case study is conducted in order to identify any aspects that leads to the poor performance in Maju Tuition Centre Kota Bharu, Kelantan (MTCKB). MTCKB is a newly-opened tuition centre that just was established in 2015.Thus, this study covered the efficiently of planning, the poor class scheduled, bad marketing strategy, inconsistent arrangement of account, low number of participation, insignificant location, and others management issues that focused only in MTCKB. The sample is drawn by using convenience sampling by interviewing any targeted respondent available. The data is collected using questionnaires in the tuition centre’s website and face to face interview. The feedbacks from the respondents are then assumed as the factors that affects these involves issues. Recommendations are given to the people involved so that they can improve their management for better working performance.
