Work performance is referring to the outcomes and achievement from knowledge, skills and individual capabilities which contribute to the organization objective, productivity and goal. There are three factors that listed in this research, influencing the work performance which are organizational climate, competency and organizational justice. Organizational climate is the perception about working environment that can influence the work performance. It can be measure through dimension such as structure, responsibility, rewards, standard and support and warmth. On the other hand, competency can be referred to the level of efficiency of individual that needed to perform the jobs. It is a combination of knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior of individual to perform work while organizational justice is referring to individual perception on organization whether the treat is fair among employees and between superior and employees. It focus on three dimension which are distributive justice, interactional justice and procedure justice. This study is conducted to examine the relationship between organizational climate, competency, organizational justice and work performance among employees in public sector. 175 data from targeting respondents were obtained and the data had been analyzing by using Statistic Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Research finding revealed there was a significant positive relationship between independent variables which are organizational climate, competency and organizational justice towards dependent variable which is work performance. According to Beta value 0.415 from Multiple Linear Regression, organizational climate contribute to the highest factor that influence work performance. This is show that organizational climate has significant relationship with work performance whereby it depends on organizational structure, responsibility, incentive, warmth, standard and identity.
