Abstract

Construction industry is one of the heavy industries that requires systematic way of management practices in order to execute of a project successfully. The objective of this study is to identify which factors influence project success in construction industry based on the macro and micro viewpoint. Among the factors identify, it can be separate into three macro viewpoints which are management, financial and physical. This study examined whether the respondent’s demographic characteristics contributed to different opinion to the success factors. These factors were assembled into a questionnaire survey and distributed to Start-up Company, consultants and contractors. After reviewing the existing literature and journal, a total 10 micro factors have been found and group into three major factors. All these factors are creating a questionnaire survey and distribute to the contractors, Developer, Professional. The analyses of respondents are accepted as successful factors of construction.
